I have been a mental health professional since 2017, working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and more. I bring both professional expertise and a deep cultural awareness as the youngest child of Japanese immigrant parents, born and raised in Southern California.
My therapeutic approach centers on connection, trust, and meeting you where you are in your journey. I believe everyone is doing their best, and therapy can provide either the guidance to raise awareness or the space to tolerate pain and challenges that may arise. I work through a trauma-informed, culturally humble, and compassionate lens, integrating a wide range of modalities—including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, narrative, solution-focused, mindfulness, and creative therapies—tailored to each client’s needs. My goal is to support you in gaining deeper self-understanding and creating a more fulfilling life.
